Partner Program Terms

1. Who can take part

Every Stackado account holder is a partner. Opening Refer & Earn in your dashboard creates your referral link automatically and enrols you in credits mode. Cash payouts are a separate step: you can request them from your dashboard, or apply through the affiliate page, and a person reviews the request before cash mode is enabled. Consultants, agencies, creators and genuine one-to-one introductions are welcome; no public audience is required.

2. What you earn

• Credits mode: 25% of every eligible subscription payment a referred account makes, added to your Stackado credit balance at 1,000 credits per US dollar. No minimum.
• Cash mode: 20% of every eligible subscription payment a referred account makes, paid by bank transfer or stablecoin.

Rates are flat. There are no volume tiers and no coupon codes. Commission is calculated on subscription revenue actually collected and retained, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds and chargebacks. The rate is fixed when the payment is made; later rate changes do not rewrite it.

Credit top-up purchases do not earn commission. Only recurring subscription payments do.

3. How long a referral earns

A referred account earns you commission on its subscription payments for 12 months from its first successful subscription payment. Payments after that window earn nothing. Cancellation stops future earnings, but does not reverse commission on payments that are not refunded.

4. The refund hold, and reversals

Monthly-plan commissions are held for 30 days. Annual-plan commissions are released in monthly instalments, starting no earlier than 60 days after payment. Your first cash payout also requires at least 60 days from your first referred payment and manual approval. Pending amounts appear in your dashboard.

If the underlying payment is refunded or charged back, or the referral is disqualified under section 6, we adjust the corresponding commission, including amounts already paid or credited. Partial refunds reduce the reward proportionally. Adjustments are offset against future rewards; we may request repayment of any remaining overpayment. Disputed rewards are held while the payment is reviewed and restored if resolved in our favour, subject to any refund. A hold is not a deadline for later corrections.

5. How attribution works

• Clicking your link stores a first-party cookie in the visitor's browser for 90 days.
• Last touch wins: if a visitor later clicks a different partner's link, that link replaces yours.
• One referrer per person, permanently: a referral is recorded once, when the account is created. It cannot be reassigned afterwards, by you or by anyone else.
• Only new customers count. They must click before creating their account and sign up within the 90-day referral window. Tracking requires the referral cookie in the browser used for signup.
• When a referred user creates an organisation that subscribes, the organisation's payments are attributed to whoever referred the person who created it.

6. What disqualifies a referral

We may disqualify a referral and adjust its rewards where:

• Self-referral. You may not refer yourself, another account or business you own or control, or an account sharing an email address with yours. Creating extra accounts or organisations does not make the same customer eligible again. Independent clients you advise are welcome when they buy and control their own accounts.
• The signup is fraudulent, automated, duplicated, or made with an incentive we did not agree to.
• Promotion used paid search on Stackado brand terms, misrepresented what Stackado does or what it costs, or implied an official relationship with Stackado that does not exist.
• Promotion involved unsolicited email, spam, or content that breaches our Terms of Service.
• Affiliate relationships must be clearly disclosed wherever you recommend Stackado.

We may also suspend a partner account while we look into any of the above, and hold payouts while checking payment or referral risk. We will explain material holds and corrections; contact us if you believe one is mistaken. Valid earnings remain payable once the review is resolved.

7. Getting paid in credits

Once a commission clears its hold it is settled into your Stackado credit balance at 1,000 credits per US dollar. There is no minimum. Credits are spendable across the Stackado platform and are not exchangeable for cash. A monthly settlement cap applies as a fraud control; excess rewards roll forward to subsequent months.

8. Getting paid in cash

Cash payouts run monthly. To be included in a run you need all of:

• an approved cash-mode partner account in good standing;
• payout details on file: a Wise account or a stablecoin address;
• an accurate tax declaration and any identity or tax documents reasonably needed for your circumstances. The app declaration is not a substitute for a signed tax form where one is required;
• a cleared balance, after adjustments, of at least $50.00. Below that, the balance rolls forward to the next run.
• completed payment and referral checks, including the first-payout hold above.

Payouts are made in USD. Transfer, conversion and network fees charged by your payment provider are yours. You are responsible for any tax on what you earn. Partners are independent contractors: nothing in this program creates an employment, agency, or joint-venture relationship.

9. The bonus for people you refer

Someone who signs up through a partner link and subscribes receives a one-time credit bonus worth 25% of their plan's included monthly credits. It is granted once, on their first paid subscription, and does not repeat on later upgrades.

10. Your referral link

Your code may be customised once, to between 6 and 12 lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens. Customise it before sharing: changing your code retires the old link. Codes that impersonate Stackado, our products, or another brand are reserved and will be reassigned.

11. Changes and ending

We may change these terms, and will post the new version here with an updated date. Changes apply to commission earned after they are posted, never to commission already accrued. Either of us may end participation at any time; cleared commission you have already earned is still paid, subject to the rules above.
