1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Stackado ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of Stackado materials for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• modify or copy the materials
• use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• attempt to reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials

3. Service Description

Stackado provides AI-powered business automation tools and services including but not limited to task management, email marketing, customer support agents, content creation, and other business process automation tools.

3a. Intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you upload. You grant Stackado a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, store, reproduce, and process your content solely to provide and improve the Service. All other intellectual property rights in the Service and its content remain the property of Stackado or its licensors.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer.

Billing & refunds

By subscribing to a paid plan you authorize recurring charges to your chosen payment method. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in our Billing & Refund Policy at https://stackado.com/billing. We may change prices with notice; price changes do not affect amounts already paid for the current billing period.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of the Service, to understand our practices.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use our service:

• for any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to unlawful acts
• to violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
• to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
• to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
• to submit false or misleading information

6a. Acceptable Use

You must not use the Service to (a) violate laws or third-party rights; (b) transmit malware or spam; (c) attempt unauthorized access; or (d) post illegal, defamatory, or infringing content. Violation may result in suspension or termination.

7. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Termination & suspension

We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations or for business reasons. If your account is suspended or terminated you may contact hello@stackado.com to appeal. Termination does not relieve you of amounts owed for the period prior to termination.

8. Disclaimer

The information on this service is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, this Company excludes all representations, warranties, conditions and terms related to our service and the use of this service.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stackado or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Stackado's service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stackado’s aggregate liability for claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the fees paid by you to Stackado in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stackado harmless from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your user content.

10. Changes to Terms

Stackado reserves the right to revise these terms of service for its service at any time without notice. By using this service, you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms of Service.

We may update these Terms. We will post the updated Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Singapore.
