Connect your Google Business Profile to Vouch
Let Vouch read and answer your Google reviews.
- Open Vouch and choose to connect your Google Business Profile.
- Sign in with the Google account that manages your business listing and approve.
- Choose the location; new reviews appear in Vouch, with reply drafts for your approval.
Ask happy customers for reviews
Send review requests after a visit or a resolved conversation.
- Connect your Google Business Profile in Vouch first.
- Ask Zuzu ("after each completed booking, ask the customer for a review") to set it up as a routine.
- Requests go out through your own Zendo mailbox or Zing chat; nobody is asked twice within 90 days.
