Billing & Credits

Billing and Credits

One plan covers the Stackado apps your tier includes. The work those apps and ZUZU do is paid for in credits: your plan includes a number of them every month, and you can buy more at any time.

Included monthly credits

PlanIncluded credits per month
Starter10,000
Plus30,000
Pro100,000

Business plans include more than their personal equivalents. Your current allowance and balance are always shown in Settings.

Monthly credits reset on your subscription anchor date (the day of the month you subscribed), and they do not roll over.

Top-ups

Top-ups are one-off credit purchases, available in packs of 10,000, 30,000, and 100,000 credits from Settings. Unlike the monthly allowance, purchased credits stay available until they are spent. A reset does not clear them.

Running low, and running out

  • Below 20% of your monthly allowance, a warning appears in the dashboard and above the ZUZU composer, showing what is left. It appears once per billing period, and again if you top up and later fall low a second time.
  • With nothing left to spend, new runs do not start and the warning says so. Work already finished is unaffected.
Unaffordable work is blocked up front
Stackado checks the estimated credit cost before each metered operation and does not start an operation it cannot reserve. Work completed earlier in a multi-step run remains completed and billed.

Managing your plan

Plan changes, payment methods, invoices, and cancellation are in Settings through Clerk’s billing portal. Stackado does not add a cancellation survey or retention step. Team members need billing permission to open it; without it, they see your balance on the Usage page instead.

If a payment fails

A banner tells you the payment failed and links to the place that fixes it. Nothing is switched off. Your apps, your data, and your runs keep working while you update the payment method.

Refunds

Refund requests go to hello@stackado.com, and approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The Billing & Refund Policy is the authoritative statement of what is eligible and within what window. This page does not restate it.
