Integration Hub

Integration Hub

The Integration Hub is where you connect the outside accounts Stackado works through: your mailbox, your social profiles, your store, your CRM. You connect an account once, for the whole workspace, and every app on your plan that needs it can use it. Find it under Integrations in the dashboard.

Connections are grouped by the kind of work they serve: Social & Messaging, Email, Communication, E-commerce, CRM, Forms, Productivity, Scheduling, Data, Website, Education, and Finance.

Connecting an account

There are two ways a connection is authorized, and the tile tells you which:

  • Approve with the provider. Most connections hand you to the provider’s own sign-in and permission screen, then return you to Stackado. Your password is never typed into Stackado.
  • Enter a credential. A few providers need a key or token from their own settings first. These can only be set up on the Integrations screen, never in a chat.

When ZUZU needs something you have not connected, it says so and offers to start the connection in the conversation, for the providers where that is safe. Everything else it points you to the Integrations screen for.

Read the action as well as the status
Available and Active evaluation tiles can be connected today. A Private test tile is connectable only for workspaces with access. Planned tiles have no connection action. If a tile offers Connect or Manage, it is available to your workspace.

Which apps can use a connection

Connecting an account does not hand it to everything at once. Each app is granted the specific things it needs. Reading a mailbox is a different grant from sending from it, and the connection’s own screen shows which apps currently hold which grants.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting is on the connection’s own screen. It stops future Stackado access and disables the connection locally. Where the provider offers a verified revocation endpoint, Stackado also asks it to revoke the token. Apps that depended on that connection stop using it immediately; work already completed is unaffected. You can reconnect the same account later without losing your setup.
